Corporate governance

Corporate governance includes the continual process of controlling and improving decision-making and business strategies, defining clear areas of responsibility and identifying and evaluating opportunities and risks for the Group. The overall aim is to maintain and develop order so that the business is controlled reliably and we are well equipped to face the development challenges and changes of the future.

Corporate governance within the Perstorp Group is performed through the Annual General Meeting, the Board of directors and the President in accordance with the Swedish Companies Act and the Swedish code of corporate governance. The Group does not have a formal requirement to follow the Swedish code of corporate governance.
