About the Job:

We’re excited to offer an opportunity for a driven and enthusiastic Junior Business Analyst to join our business analyst team within Perstorp Group. We support our company with processes, tools, and data-driven insights, and this opening is a great opportunity for someone beginning their career in business planning and analytics. Within this position you get the possibility to choose between Malmö or Perstorp as your location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Global Planning & Optimization Models: Manage, develop, and maintain models that support various business functions, including sales, production, procurement, inventory, and marginal contribution.
• Planning Process: Support global planners in monthly, budget, strategic, and scenario planning.
• Reporting Tools: Lead development of tools that enhance reporting capabilities.
• Business Needs Understanding: Gain a deep understanding of the business planning needs and objectives.
• Data Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of the data and data sources relevant to the planning models.
• User Education and Support: Educate users and provide ongoing support.

Qualifications:

• Education: Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Experience with SQL databases, reporting tools, and linear programming optimization is a plus.
• Language: Fluency in English is required.

• Analytical Mindset: Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Eagerness to Learn: Curiosity and a keen desire to learn and grow within the company.
