Plant Manager - Dordrecht

Our present Plant Manager in Dordrecht is planning to move back home to Sweden. Therefore we are looking to recruit his successor:

The position, based in the Netherlands, includes responsibility for the operation of formaldehyde production at Dordrecht.

At Dordrecht you will have responsibility for production, deliveries of formaldehyde and for maintenance, in close co-operation with Delrin. The job also includes managing investments, providing technical support and responsibility for cost of production, maintenance and investments.

We are looking for an expatriate taking on the responsibility as of end of 2024 for a period of two to three years. The period until start-up of the job will be used to create a smooth introduction and bridge into the position.

You will report directly to the Director Global Tolling Kristian Gardshol.

You must be outward-looking and have good communication skills. You must be able to work with different projects at the same time, have a high level of integrity and be an experienced negotiator.

You should preferably have a degree in Chemical Engineering or similar and have experience in production and/or technology. Experience of maintenance and managing projects is advantageous.
