The first Perstorp production unit now certified according to OHSAS 18001

Perstorp's Site Warrington has just undergone an audit of the Health and Safety Management systems by DNV. This was undertaken with a view to achieving OHSAS 18001:2007 (Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series) certification and was the first, for this particular standard, in the Perstorp Group.

“We are pleased to report that after 2 days of stringent auditing, in all functions at Site Warrington, the auditors have agreed that our documentation and practices are excellent and they have been able to recommend that the site should receive OHSAS 18001:2007 certification. We have a good health and safety record at Warrington, but there is always room for improvement”, Site Manager Elin Sohlberg proudly states.
