Changes to Perstorp’s board

Bo Dankis, president and CEO, has been elected as the new Chairman of the Board of Perstorp Holding AB and for a transitional period he will work as both president and Chairman. Bo replaces Lennart Holm, who will remain as Vice Chairman of the Board. 


At Perstorp Holding AB’s AGM, Claes Gard was elected as a member of the board and Martin Lundin was elected vice president. 


Ragnar Hellenius, of PAI partners, was elected to be a member of the board earlier in the spring.
