3月1日付で、Jan Secherに替わりIb JensenがPerstorpグループの最高経営責任者に就任します。同グループは、スウェーデンのマルメに本社を置き、2022年からPETRONAS Chemicals Group Berhad（PCG）の一員となっている大手特殊化学品メーカーです。Ib Jensenは、CFOとして長いキャリアを持ち、業界のシニアエグゼクティブとして高く評価されています。また、M&Aおよび買収企業の統合に関する幅広い経験もあり、この経験はPerstorpの次のフェーズにおいて必要とされるものです。

Perstorp buys out minority partner at China site
Sustainable solutions provider Perstorp has closed a deal to buy out its minority partner in the joint venture Shandong Perstorp Chemical Co., Ltd. (formerly Shandong Fufeng Perstorp Chemical Co., Ltd.), which has owned and operated Site Zibo in China. Perstorp is now the sole owner of the polyol manufacturing operation, located in Zibo, Shandong province, about 400 km south of Beijing.

持続可能なソリューションの提供を目指すパーストープは、ジョイントベンチャーであるShandong Perstorp Chemical Co., Ltd.（旧称Shandong Fufeng Perstorp Chemical Co., Ltd.）の株式を100％譲受致しました。このジョイントベンチャーは、Zibo工場（中国の北京から南へ約400 kmに位置する山東省のZibo）を所有・運営しており、今回の取引が完了したことにより、パーストープがこのポリオール製造施設の唯一の所有者となりました。

Elmia Lastbil 2014 will be held on August 20-23, with Perstorp taking part for the third time. Verdis Polaris™ is in focus this year – a bio-diesel made from 100% fossil-free origins. Den 20-23 augusti anordnas Elmia Lastbil 2014 och Perstorp deltar för tredje gången. I år står Verdis Polaris™ Aura i fokus – en biodiesel som är tillverkad av råvaror som till 100 procent är av fossilfritt ursprung. Då produkten kan användas i de flesta dieseldrivna fordon och dessutom är fullt blandbar med diesel erbjuder den ett enkelt alternativ för aktörer inom transportnäringen som vill gå över till förnybara drivmedel och därmed bidra till ett mer hållbart klimat.
