Pevalen™ Pro 100: Perstorp's innovative leap towards more sustainable non-phthalate plasticizers
Leading specialty chemicals innovator Perstorp has launched Pevalen™ Pro 100, marking a new era in PVC plasticizing technology. The new grade of Pevalen features 100% renewable carbon content based on mass balance, applying chemical and physical traceability. By factoring in the biogenic CO2 uptake* from its renewable raw materials, Pevalen Pro 100 offers a product carbon footprint reduction of approximately 80% relative to its fossil-based equivalent from cradle to Perstorp gate.

Perstorp, azienda leader nell'innovazione nel settore delle sostanze chimiche specializzate, ha lanciato Pevalen™ Pro 100, segnando una nuova era nella tecnologia dei plastificanti in PVC. Il nuovo grado di Pevalen™ presenta un contenuto di carbonio rinnovabile al 100% basato sul bilancio di massa tracciabile. Il bilancio di massa tracciabile applica la tracciabilità sia chimica che fisica alle materie prime rinnovabili/riciclate utilizzate nella produzione. Tenendo conto dell'assorbimento di CO2 biogenica* dalle sue materie prime rinnovabili, Pevalen™ Pro 100 offre una riduzione delle emissioni di carbonio dei prodotti di circa l'80% rispetto al suo equivalente a base fossile.

Pevalen™ Pro 100: Der Innovationssprung von Perstorp bei nachhaltigen phthalatfreien Weichmachern
Perstorp, ein führender Innovator im Bereich Spezialchemikalien, hat Pevalen™ Pro 100 auf den Markt gebracht und damit eine neue Ära in der PVC-Weichmachertechnologie eingeläutet. Die neue Pevalen™-Sorte enthält 100 % erneuerbaren Kohlenstoff, der auf einer rückverfolgbaren Massenbilanz basiert. Die rückverfolgbare Massenbilanz wendet sowohl die chemische als auch die physikalische Rückverfolgbarkeit der in der Produktion verwendeten erneuerbaren / recycelten Rohstoffe an. Durch die Berücksichtigung der biogenen CO2 -Aufnahme* aus seinen erneuerbaren Rohstoffen bietet Pevalen™ Pro 100 eine Reduzierung des Kohlenstoff-Fußabdrucks des Produkts um etwa 80 % im Vergleich zu seinem fossilen Äquivalent.
