Meet our sales director Jiani
Jiani, working for Perstorp for 7 years, is currently heading the sales team for Greater China region. Her team is mainly responsible for sales activities, that includes for example sales target achievement in volume and MC, growing with key accounts in existing and new areas, developing new business, channel and distributor management, implementing all corporate initiatives, etc. One of her key responsibilities is to create extraordinary profits for Perstorp and deliver value to customers.
“I was introduced to Perstorp by an expert in the industry. Since then, I have had the opportunity to experience different roles. I first joined as the TMP/NEO producer manager for Asia. Perstorp then gave me the challenging opportunity to take the role as Sales Director, Greater China starting from 2022. I am very honored that I joined Perstorp with such good company culture and competent colleagues to work with. “Care” is one key company value of Perstorp, it feels like you are working in a big family.”
Jiani explains that the best part of the role is that she and her team are in the front line sales of the company, which means that you get to develop and grow with your key customers. At the same time you are also exposed to the dynamic market and new applications, which gives new learnings of things and solutions.
