Leading with heart on the agenda at annual Let’s talk Care 365 Day
Care is one of Perstorp’s core values, and is at the core of everything we do, every day. It is about safety, health and life, 365 days a year - for everyone to come to work and go home again healthy and safe. Even so, there is one day each year where we focus a little bit extra on Care – our annual Let’s talk Care 365 event.
From Toledo in the USA, to Zibo in China – Perstorpers all over the world focused on Care on November 7, under the theme “Lead with heart. Together.”
“Leading with heart means fostering a workplace culture where care is not just a concept but a lived reality. Our annual Let’s talk Care 365 event exemplifies this commitment, providing a global platform for meaningful discussions and inspiring activities. It’s really inspiring and touching to receive the reports on how Care has been addressed at our different offices and sites,” comments Eva Trulsson, Vice President Responsible Care at Perstorp.
A healthy and safe workplace requires active involvement from everyone – the company, leaders and all employees. Coming together in this event, for the sixth year, gives us a common platform for engaging discussions and inspiring activities. It guides our culture, leadership and employee engagement, leading us towards our vision of a zero injury workplace.
